If you are currently have an ISU email address and this is your first time using our system, you will need to use an ALTERNATIVE email address when you register.

If you cannot get your log-in creditials to work, we encourage you to create a new username such as test123@gmail.com. The email used as your username - is solely your username. You will provide an email address in the reservation process where your confirmation will be sent.

Please remember and write down your username and password, ISU Housing is unable to provide you or reset this username and password for you. If you are stuck, the best option is to create a new username as indicated above and then register again for this portal.
